Do I already need to be fit to join?
No. You just need the desire to work hard.
How do I sign up?
You can use the Circuit Conditioning on-line registration or register by phone at (613) 513-4906.
How long will it take for me to become more fit?
Every time you work out you are improving your level of fitness. When you exercise consistently and challenge yourself every session, you will continue to see improvements.
What is your refund policy?
If you need to discontinue your training, please contact us directly at 613-513-4906 to discuss your options.
What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle and a mat to every class. Most importantly you should bring a positive attitude and the desire to work hard.
Should I eat before I exercise?
Making sure you are properly fueled for your training is very important. Eating a small meal or snack 30 to 60 minutes before you exercise is ideal.
Do I have to use PayPal when I register on-line?
No. You may also pay by cheque or cash.
How many people will I be training with?
The number of participants in a class can vary between 10 to 15 people for our Kettlebell Training.
Do you provide nutrition advice?
We provide general nutrition guidance during your training program. Nutritional assessments and counseling can be provided to address your specific sports nutrition requirements for an additional fee. Please click here for more information.
