Do I already need to be fit to join?

No. You just need the desire to work hard.

How do I sign up?

You can use the Circuit Conditioning on-line registration form or register by phone at (613) 513-4906.

How long will it take for me to become more fit?

Every time you work out you are improving your level of fitness. When you exercise consistently and challenge yourself every session, you will continue to see improvements.

Do you perform any kind of fitness assessments?

Yes. At the beginning and end of each session a fitness assessment is conducted. These assessments will allow you to see the incredible improvements you have gained from consistently working hard and challenging yourself.

What is your refund policy?

Sorry, payments for a single Circuit Camp are not refundable. However, if you need to discontinue your training for any reason, we will provide you with a credit for any unused classes to be used at another session.

What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle and a mat to every class. Most importantly you should bring a positive attitude and the desire to work hard.

Should I eat before I exercise?

Making sure you are properly fueled for your training is very important. Eating a small meal or snack 30 to 60 minutes before you exercise is ideal.

Do I have to use PayPal when I register on-line?

No. You may also pay by cheque or cash.

How many people will I be training with?

The number of participants in a class can vary between 15 to 30 people.

Can I switch from the 3 day session to the 5 day session?

Yes. If the session has already started you can pay a pro-rated amount for the additional classes.

Do you provide nutrition advice?

Circuit Conditioning provides general nutrition guidance during every session. Nutritional assessments and counseling can be provided to address your specific sports nutrition requirements for an additional fee. Please click here for more information.
