In order to help ensure that your fitness experience is a safe and enjoyable one, we ask you to provide us with information pertaining to your current health. This information includes such things as:

• Whether you have any medical conditions that could have an impact on your training (e.g. asthma, high blood pressure, etc.)
• Information about any prescription medication you may be taking
• Information on whom to contact in the event of any emergency
