Each program begins with a full health and fitness assessment to see where you are. From there, your trainer will help you develop your overall goal into one or more "SMART" goals. These are goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound. By setting SMART goals, you'll be able to stay on track.

With goals established, your trainer will then take you through all of the steps necessary to get you there with tailored exercise programs that address your unique requirements. Depending on your specific situation, your trainer may design a cardio program utilizing circuit training, interval training, Fartlek training, cross training or even combinations of such. There is also a wide variety of resistance training options which your personal trainer may employ, such as using a split routine, blitzing, periodization, pyramiding or plyometrics to name a few of the practiced training options.
